VALE BARQUEIROS SELECT HARVEST ROSÉ 2023 is produced from vineyards at Vale Barqueiros Estate in North Alentejo, planted on granite-derived soils and influenced by a Mediterranean climate. Made from Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, the grapes were hand-picked in September 2023 and fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures after static decantation. The wine shows a salmon colour with light pink reflections and offers aromas of lychee, fresh aromatic herbs and a hint of pink pepper. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with lively acidity and a fruity, persistent finish.
