MONTE DE SEDA TINTO 2022 is produced from vineyards at the Vale Barqueiros Estate in North Alentejo, planted on granite-derived Mediterranean soils and influenced by a Mediterranean climate with subtle continental influence in spring and summer. Made from Aragonês, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah, the grapes were hand-picked in September 2022 and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel after pre-fermentation maceration, with maturation in stainless steel vessels. The wine shows a garnet-red colour and offers aromatic notes of red fruits and spice. On the palate it is silky, elegant, smooth and balanced.
