Menin Red
RED WINE | DOC DOURO | PORTUGAL
MENIN RED 2021 is produced from selected vineyard parcels in the Douro, with east to south-facing exposures and schist soils, located at elevations between 80 and 350 metres, allowing for careful monitoring of ripening across different terroirs. The grapes were hand-picked and vinified separately, with pre-fermentation maceration and controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve fruit character. The wine shows a medium ruby colour with aromas of fresh red and black fruits, complemented by subtle spice notes. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with polished tannins, good structure and a smooth, elegant finish.
