ENCOSTA DO XISTO WHITE 2024 is produced from vineyards at Quinta do Xisto and Quinta de Cutiães in the north of Portugal, planted on granite-derived soils and influenced by a Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence. Made from Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto, the grapes were hand-picked in September and fermented in stainless steel to preserve their aromatic freshness. The wine shows citrus colour with greenish reflections and offers floral and fruity aromas of green apple and peach. On the palate it is dry, smooth and persistent, with moderate acidity that gives a refreshing finish.
